I'm going to come up with a routine over the weekend lf. I will need some sort of structure and to break up the work hours with something active. Hopefully I can include: yoga pull up/finger board action
some sort of cardio dog walks keeping on top of the house so it doesn't become a total pig sty.
I can tell I am anxious because I am trying to control everything that I can.

I very nearly put the bins out a day early yesterday, but remembered what day it was just in time. I've put them out tonight, which is the right day.

hp I think aiming for structure / routine very is important at the moment. Our week has been punctuated by Wednesday night club run and Parkrun for last year or so and both are now off limits. Taking a lunch break and going out with the dog say is a good idea. It’s easy to ‘drift’ through the day without focus
