Wish I could have shown half my patients this is how children should behave in a gp surgery. My doctor is right next to the small train station so we stood and waited for 2 trains to pass before going to Asda to get ingredients for pancakes then back to station in time to see another 2 trains ..grandma brownie points all round today

When I went out I saw that some wanker had tossed a bin bag full of (probably) polystyrene into my front garden last night. Some of it has leaked out. It must be someone local who knew it was rubbish day tomorrow. I just hope I have enough room for it in my bin now.

The dad kept telling him to sit down but pretty sure the kid wasn't capable of doing so, he was doing long jump and showing me his ice skating skills. I thought it was pretty funny but his dad and the staff were all ever so disapproving...
