We made a turkey and leek pie with left over turkey at Christmasso that's what we're having tonight.
I like macaroni cheese as a comfort-food carb fest but OH doesn't like it so we don'e ever have it. And Fleecy is correct, it is *not* 'mac'n'cheese'!

I alternate between different macaroni cheese name options. I feel ashamed of myself
Casserole is ready I just need to wait for spuds to cook. It is loosely based on a Jamie Oliver recipe but using what we had and cooking the spuds separately.

Took my dad for a run ( in the car not with trainers) and had a coffee with fruit scone, both my dad and OH would have liked soup but it was finished. I came home and did the ironing. Waiting for the mince and tatties to be ready
