I like macaroni cheese as a comfort-food carb fest but OH doesn't like it so we don'e ever have it. And Fleecy is correct, it is not 'mac'n'cheese'!

I feel ashamed of myself Casserole is ready I just need to wait for spuds to cook. It is loosely based on a Jamie Oliver recipe but using what we had and cooking the spuds separately.
