I hope it turns out OK, Pin Lady.

And I'm sure the catnip/drugs will work :-)

Pepper update.. She seems to have turned a corner.(famous last words!) no weeing inside for several days and tonight she even howled at the intruder and stood her ground. I was standing beside her so it gave her some courage. She is a bit more back to herself.

Evening all. Newly acquired moggy here. Seems to have been on the streets a while and after 2 days of hiding she's getting braver. Her new trick is to jimp from the top of the wardrobe to the bed. Im going to enjoy that one at 4 am I'm sure. I've also heard her scratching in the night but couldn't work out what... soon found the spot when my foot went through a floor board! Oh the joys. Now have a scratching post which so far she seems to be using!

Normal service has been resumed. Pepper brought me a present this morning! Unfortunately it was still live! Not for long though. I did my trick with a box and paper and removed it from the house where upon it promptly escaped and was caught by Pepper!

Fragile Do Not Bend
One of my previous cats used to leap from the windowsill to the bed and had an uncanny knack of landing on the most sensitive bits of the body (just ask my husband 😄)

And the current cat Oreo brought in a dead rabbit today whilst I was at work, luckily my husband noticed and got rid of the rabbit before Oreo could disembowel it.

At least it goes to show that his deformed shoulder isnt affecting Oreo’s quality of life. 🙄

Did he bring it through the cat flap? That’s quite a feat, takes Mog and jasper all their time to get themselves through without dragging a rabbit through too. They are proud to bring home a second hand shrew

It’s quite a big flap, the previous owners put it in for their jack russell.
