Mum's cat Suzi loves cream. When she gets given a lid from the cream pot to lick she really is the cat that got the cream and grins like a cheshire cat.

Eloise doesn't get milk products as I am intolerant to them. At least now I don't feel like I'm depriving her. Knowing her and her various ailments it would probably make her ill!

Helga likes cheese. I'm a bit apprehensive about giving her more than a really tiny sliver when I'm having some.

I used to have a cat who loved cheese to the point of trying to grab cheese sandwiches out of my hand if I was eating one. Ours aren't bothered but one will have the milk left over from my daughter's breakfast cereal, if she offers it to him before I ask her not to. Doesn't seem to have any ill effect on him.

Oh and growing up I used to dot cream on to our cats' noses because I loved seeing them stick their tongues right out to lick it off :-o

I have 2 cats who have two food bowls for pouch food and a shared bowl for nibbles. They eat out of whichever bowl suits them but they can both eat at the same time. LittleBlackCat quite often eats the dog food (while the dog stands and watches with a forlorn expression on her face) and the dog eats the cat food at every opportunity!

Gorgeous looking cat MikeR and lovely photo's of her. I didn't know about the Scottish fold's also coming with streight ears... Bit like the tail less Manx cats then, another genetic mutation! The Manx cats can come without tail, with a stumpy tail or with a full tail...

It's never occurred to me that the two cats might want to eat out of separate bowls :-O

Its not that the want to, it more our male cat(Murph) will eat all the food and there will be nothing left for the female(Suri). Murph will get fat.
