I have had a good nights sleep, I’ve been for a run with the dog and I’m thinking about doing yoga before I get myself into ‘work mode’ to eat and go back!

The Terminator
Glad to hear everyone is coping ok. I've had a nice day. Done some energy healing/balancing work, a lovely walk and meditation by the river with my partner and enjoying reading, and learning from, the Hare Krisna interpretation of the Bhagavad-Gita.
Depression a lot milder at the moment which is good as although my anxiety surfaces quite regularly I actually manage to remain more present with that.
My addictions are the toughest battle right now. Really is a case of one day at a time at best. Keeps me in the moment at least.

Mizzle, drizzle, rain here today, both inside and out. Just been gardening at my friend and client, but now exhausted. Still out of breath, coughing and unable to work more than half a day... It is getting me down!
Must be more disciplined with bedtime, so I get up early enough not to have to skip 45 minutes of SAD light.

The last few weeks have been a struggle. HRT issues have meant low energy and constant headaches and migraines. I’ve managed to keep some exercise going but motivation is low. This time of year is often a low point anyway so spring can’t come soon enough.
Sorry to hear things are difficult jelly.

I'm doing OK thank you. Me and OH have moved back into the van and been spending some time in some really enriching environments and away from the in laws which was a quite difficult environment. I am still triggered by the same old things but managing them relatively well in this moment x
