These taste of lentils and crispiness. And crucially for me, no salt or saturated fat. So I can stuff a whole pack in Lentils are very nice when eaten in a French style, with sausage in some sort of casserole. Lentils are also nice when eaten in an Indian style, in a tarka dhal for example. In both these examples, the one thing I don't want from my lentil, is crispiness. |

Rice cakes taste of despair and virtue signalling. They smell far worse.

I was hungry until you posted that, and now I am imagining eating a toasted coaster. Cheers fetcheveryone Kallo used to do (or maybe still do) some square rice cakes that I always thought would make good coaster if you lacquered them. I would not have gone for those dry-assed lentil things fetcheveryone, but I might give them a go on your recommendation, as long as I’ve got something to dip them in. |

I am pleased to say, due to my postural-hypotension the advice is to eat more salt in my diet and therefore I have no need for lentil based crispiness.

I like the rice cakes and the lentil things. Moreover we make our own kimchi.

Well we all need a bit of purity now and then, RR. Sounds like a top nutritional source.

I didn't know where to find my purity before.
