Recharge The Body With The Rowland Earthing Sheet

Earthing during sleep provides the body with 6-8 hours of uninterrupted grounding at a time where the body undergoes the most healing and regeneration.

Grounding, otherwise known as Earthing, is the act of reconnecting with the Earth’s natural electrical current.

Can I recharge my body while it's earthed? Won't the charge all leak away?

This is pure gold.

Many are unaware that the Earth’s surface is covered by a blanket of electrons, which may act as one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. Every time we come into contact with the Earth’s surface, we are able to absorb these electrons through our skin through a process called grounding, or Earthing

Oh, that would explain why I trip over apparently nothing. Someone's left a bloody great blanket across the floor.

At last, a scientific explanation for my theory if localised supergravity :-) This is the force which causes runners to fall when they encounter a patch of it, which then pulls them to the ground.

It is clear now that it is the result of unevenness in the electron blanket, where a denser gathering of electrons; an electron puddle, if you will, creates sufficient additional mass to cause a supergravitational patch. When the runner falls, there is an "electron splash" which spreads the electrons back out: this explains why another runner would not then fall on the same spot.

The good news is that some of the electron puddle will also soak into the runner whilst fallen, when they are "extra-grounded", resulting in the runner being temporarily supercharged. This is why the runner can often spring back up and despite any injury, run on with a feeling of extra energy.

I launched an electron blanket on Amazon, but it got a lot of negative reviews.
My cat iron also fell flat (on its feet)

"I've lost my electron blanket!"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm positive!"

(new life for an old joke)

A photon is checking in to their hotel. The concierge asks if they would like their luggage taking up to their room.

"No thanks" replies the photon. "I'm travelling light."
