Damn that was hard work. Maybe body tired yesterday and today 2 x 15 miles but started to struggle from 16 in the 3rd set. But 3 x 26 done and tomorrow is another day.

3 x 5 done. First one of each set is a 'manly' one and it is more of a plank with a slight bend at the elbow. Remainder of set are girlie ones. Not great form but better than not doing it. Becoming more difficult.

3 X 25 press ups. First set easy, second set getting tougher, third set very very hard. I actaully stopped half way up on the 25th pressup and had to will myself to finish it off. There was not another rep in there today, but hey I did it :-)

Exflyboy I know your pain. my last set yesterday was a real battle.

Done my 3 x 27 a short while ago. Hard but not as hard as yesterday.

I can now relax ;-)

About This Thread

Start on day 1 with 3 x 1 press up. On day 2 move to 3 x 2 and keep increasing by one every day. If you fail to do the target for the day then you try the same number the next day, only increasing when you have done the session properly. The Marathon talk challenge is to get to 3 x 100 push ups.

There are no real rules except all three sets must be done in the same session though. No going to wash your hair/walk the dog in-between sets:-).
