Damn that was hard work. Maybe body tired yesterday and today 2 x 15 miles but started to struggle from 16 in the 3rd set. But 3 x 26 done and tomorrow is another day.

3 x 5 done. First one of each set is a 'manly' one and it is more of a plank with a slight bend at the elbow. Remainder of set are girlie ones. Not great form but better than not doing it. Becoming more difficult.

3 X 25 press ups. First set easy, second set getting tougher, third set very very hard. I actaully stopped half way up on the 25th pressup and had to will myself to finish it off. There was not another rep in there today, but hey I did it
