Hamish and Glen well done.
3 x 28s just done, had to take out some aggression on a personal issue - did the trick as done full session in 4 mins 29 seconds but my right shoulder is feeling the strain. Hoping for a full body massage on Monday so I'll ensure the shoulder is worked on.

Thank you all after the 3 x 5 i played catch up and did the 3 x 4, 3 x 3, 3 x 2, and 3 x 1. I've now just done 3 x 6 that was a bit harder.
