Lise very impressive with the cold - lets hope it will be mega easy ;-)

Just done my 3 x 22 another feel good session. Yesterday and today I have done it a slightly different way. By timing the session I start do the first set ( today 24 seconds ) then the remianing time up to 2 mins is my recovery. At 2 mins I do the next set and again use the remaining time till 4 minutes has passed and 3rd set done in 26 seconds so final time totay 4 mins 26. I guess as this gets tough I will want longer recoveries but for now this is how I will gauge progress. Yes the last few push ups hurt!

Keep it up

Speedie the rate you are doing the pressups is phenominal. I think my 21 were taking close to 40 secs. I am now doing them in a very measured controlled fashion to try to do more before they become difficult.

About This Thread

Maintained by Dogtanian
Start on day 1 with 3 x 1 press up. On day 2 move to 3 x 2 and keep increasing by one every day. If you fail to do the target for the day then you try the same number the next day, only increasing when you have done the session properly. The Marathon talk challenge is to get to 3 x 100 push ups.

There are no real rules except all three sets must be done in the same session though. No going to wash your hair/walk the dog in-between sets:-).
