Just LSR run for me this week too. Given the howling gale outside at the moment I really hope it is not so bad in the morning. Still, out and back loops on the local Cycle path planned so at least the wind should be behind us for half of each lap!

I've put down parkrun time for my target too. It's our parkrun 1st anniversary next week so intend to give it a go then. I put in what I think is a realistic target of where I'm at based on recent 10KM & 10 mile race.

Back on it last night with a 15 mile cycle on the turbo. Another session on that this evening and back on it for March. No running for the foreseeable, so targets all set yesterday for cycling and swimming only.

Whoop! I got this week right and logged 100% (due to a loop to get 0.1 mile for target long run milez too westmoors!). But only 2x 100% weeks for Feb as a) I cant count and b) I clearly dont read my own diary...
March targets in but will check them again in a minute !

I don't think it lets you log anything until you have.
I've not set mine yet, but that's because I'm lazy and not got round to it.
