I'm very much doubtful about tomorrow's race, my lower back hurts already so don't fancy making it worse.

Sorry to hear about your back giving you issues LG. I'm starting back on the Jantastic train but no running, so swim today and gentle cycle tomorrow. Hopefully contribute a bit more for March than I have for February!

I am struggling as to what to put for my March targets. I think I might put 12 miles a week for my lsr because then I have the flexibility to move my 20 milers about if I want to. I think I'll have to use parkrun as my race time.

Shame your back is playing up again LG :-(

minardi.
Are March targets the same theme as February's? Or is there something else/different involved?

Number of workouts per week and longest workout per week - as for Feb. Plus one timed run/swim/bike ror the month. I've got no races, so using a parkrun, but can just be a timed workout, not necessarily a race

Yes, dimbo here put 25 miles as my longest run rather than 25 miles for the week! So I haven't got a full score this month despite running every session and doing 111 running miles muppet

I've used my parkrun times for March as well B. Only training for 10's and 5 k's now so that will be fine.

Oops Star.

I've done the same , aimed low and put 10 miles as my longest run so ive no pressure even tho there will or should be longer runs if all goes to plan , also put a parkrun PB as my timed run :-)

CStar that made me laugh, at least you did 19 yesterday, so not far off! :-)
It felt a bit cheaty Gromit, and I will do longer runs, but my plan tends to be one long, one shorter and I want to be able to move them just in case. Glad I am not the only one :-)

I'm currently meant to be running my 15 miles LSR, it's windy outside and raining. I can't do it tomorrow as I'm meant to be going to my first Great Local Run and then on a hike with the Ramblers. I might have to have tea then somehow lever myself up off the sofa and out of the door.
