Running on the Spot
Correct, we stayed on the coast just outside Tunis, it was great. A few months later, not far from there, the hotel shootings happened!

Trin, it may well be. I remember the sports field over looking the countryside, and have just confirmed the same on a satellite view of the site.

I passed my Grade5 Euphonium at Marlwood School, near Thornbury. Used to play them at rugby too.

Angus, that's where my kids went... Marlwood. We lived in Alveston, about 5 minutes from the school, from 2000 until 2012

Nice part of the country. I was long gone by Y2K, but my good friends from Air Force days bought a house in Olveston a couple of years ago so we were back there a few times (before recent restrictions). I’ve still got family in Dursley and Cam.

I vaguely remember doing a gig in Dursley with a big band I used to play in...circa 1993, when we still lived in Bristol.
