Having some horrible mankyness occuring between my toes. It's flaired up since my hols so I guess sea swimming helped. Anyone recomend a powder, cream regime?

If it's just athlete's foot, then Canestan AF Dual action cream normally sorts in 2 or 3 days.

If you're going minimalist, Imperial Leather talc sorted mine out a couple of years ago - at the risk of stating the bleedin' obvious, keeping your feet nice and dry helps a lot (I got my manky feet during the big snowfall in 2010 when I seemed to have wet feet every day for a fortnight)...

The photo is for diagnostic purposes. It's not always easy to diagnose skin conditions from a description alone, and lots of types of foot rot get wrongly diagnosed as athlete's foot.
