I made a funky Google sheet to auto highlight the days intended session instead. Easy 30mins in the rain later to get going.

Slowly built up the weekly mileage until the middle of December, had two lower weeks dealing with Xmas and this cold, but trying to get back on it as much as I can from this week onwards.
