Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi Gauntlet, welcome to the thread.

Been a bit quiet on here lately.

It's frustrating when you can't do stuff to the same level you did previously. What training can you do at the moment? I'm able to run 3 times a week again finally, but have dropped circuits and spinning as they're too much for me these days.

I'm not sure Gauntlet. My main problem is fatigue, I'm getting better at pacing myself. Maybe in time I might be able to build up to more but to be honest, I'm just so happy to be plodding the pavements again.

Good luck with training, maybe once we get some decent weather you can increase the walking gradually.

Are you on any kind of treatment or do your gym do a health referral scheme to work out a suitable programme for you - that might help?

Hi guys :)

Sorry I've been hugely busy with a new job and have been awol here for a while. I was getting back on track I thought, but have been feeling worse again. In a way though this might be good as I have newer symptoms that are possibly helping get a diagnosis. My mother suggested it first, but now a few people have so am going to try and get into the gp later in the week.

Definitely unable to train much at the moment, I can run but my legs feel like lead for days afterwards and as soon as I pick up the pace my face goes completely mad with heat so much it makes my face burn. Its started doing it just sitting around too!

HB I do hope you are okay and your fatigue is currently manageable :)
