It's not a sprint, it's a marathon ;-)

Lol happy with my sprinters, it's my marathoners I'm worried about 😉

Thanks SPR. Looks like I got lucky with both Cav AND Sagan in my team :)

Loved the ITV commentary for the run in. A Brit winning definitely helps.

Oranj
Oh yes!

Every year I pick a balanced team that comes good in the final week, usually finishing in the top 5% of Velogames, just around the time everyone else has given up looking at how their team's doing. This year I've gone a bit mad with the selections for more later jeopardy.

I like ITVs commentary, happy to be rid of Liggett and Sherwin, not sure when ITV stopped using them for the Tour but it couldn't come soon enough.

I notice Chris has Froome and Quintana so may do a late charge as you used to do Oranj. Despite having two top sprinters, I think I have decent guys for the mountains but not having Froome or Quintana might mean trouble.

It was weird not hearing Liggett & Sherwin but I thought they did well.
You can't beat the good old days of Duffers on Eurosport though - those were the days.

Boulting and Millar have been doing commentary together since last year's Tour de Yorkshire, but this is the first year they've done the TdF. I like them as a duo, and Millar's rider knowledge and insight is excellent.

I'm a big Cavendish fan but didn't believe he could do much at this tour, especially having lost out in the national race last week (though I didn't actually see it). Happy to be proved wrong. I'd love him to win the Olympic medal to add the missing piece. I predict he's going home before the mountains, unless he has loads of green jersey points and Sagan crashes out

Oooh the cats out of the bag, and I would have got away with it, if it hadn't have been for those pesky kids...

Surely it's about time for this year's thread? Froome vs Quintana vs Contador vs Nibali is all go again... Will it be the same once more?
