In fact, I just popped in to wish all 50ers (like me) and 100ers the very best of luck for the race - whether you intend to run, walk, amble, shuffle or generally get to the end in any which way you can. The important thing is that you get there - or at the very least give it your all.

Disappointed in myself, but I've nothing to gain by starting. I thought I could train and prepare and sustain the motivation on my own, but for whatever reason I haven't put in the groundwork and it's better that I don't start.
