Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What a fabulous, fun filled weekend!

:-) :-)

Completed my second 50 after a 3 year gap - shaving 15 minutes off my 2012 time in the process - with 11.26 (despite a bit of cramp and troublesome tum). Had the pleasure of running it alongside fellow Fetchie DaveBrunton and also bumped into IanS in the school hall at the end.

:-)

Must say a big thank you to my other half (and David's too) for providing excellent support along the course .... and cold cider and lager at the finish line too! Slurrrrp!
;-)

Well done to all who took part in the event - hope you all achieved what you wanted (or will return again if not). It was a privilege to share the evebt with all of you - especially those 100ers ... who are clearly bonkers! Fantastic stuff!

Anyhow, well done to all who toed the starting line(s) this weekend, it was great to catch up with you all - we had a cracking weekend. Slightly bleary-eyed this morning though!

I had an amazing weekend being the other side, and probably my favourite moment was after seeing flanker at Ambleside having completed 89 miles and looking like he had just jogged from a pub around the corner

Whatever the actual distance, it definitely felt longer this time!!

I really struggled in places, and not the places that I expected to either, but you always learn something new on these things and I'll definitely be back.

Type 2 fun for me this time :)
