If I'd had any mental capacity left I'd have borrowed some from the previous bus of Ambleside dropouts and carried on. But the thought never made the surface.

Finally made my way through it & was running along the trail when a couple of runners joined us from the side & asked if we'd come down the proper path!? Said "F*ck knows, I just headed downhill" Was there supposed to be a proper pathway through it all?
