Entries for 2013 open September 1st 2012
Entries for the 2013 Montane Lakeland 50&100 will be open 9:00am September 1st 2012. The event takes place on the weekend of 26th-28th July 2013 from John Ruskin School Coniston. Entries will only be available from this website and only online entries are accepted. There will be 350 places available for the 100 mile event and 600 places for the 50 mile event.
Montane UltraTrail26 coming soon..
We are excited to announce the Montane UltraTrail26 series coming soon to a venue near you. Provisional dates are November 18th 2012, with events to follow March 24th 2013 and June 26th 2013 and the series will take place across the North of England. The 26 mile trail events are designed to provide the perfect opportunity for runners to step up to longer trail distance events and provide great training opportunities for the Montane Lakeland 50 and 100 mile events. Watch this space for entries and locations.

Going to enter this event but still undecided whether or not to man-up and go for the 100 or wuss out and run the 50?

Decision made, will enter the 50. No way could I attempt Fusedale after having covered 60+ miles. And then still have Gatesgarth and Garburn to tackle!
