Sod that. I'd already decided to argue if they didn't include the processing fee in the refunds.

Just stumbled across this thread. Such a shame as I enjoyed my 3 outings there. I PB’d each time but there was so much more to it than that.

So many good memories of the KRR. Easy to get to by car, free race photos, great surface to run on, free bottle of beer, great medals and RFJ (Matt) running the race in reverse to give us encouragement twice per lap.

I might look at a SVN event in the coming weeks. If they have permission to use the track for a ghost event, I wonder if they'll resurrect our beloved Roadrunner.

Cheeky bastards! They've just advertised the Snetterton half marathon on Facebook and used a picture from a previous KRR to promote it!
For some reason I can't post a comment on the Facebook event as it keeps telling me I don't have permission to view this page.

What a nerve! It looks like the Kent Coyote Marathon which Inspire Races weren't involved with. The more I see of thing like this, I want to avoid those organisers even more.
Ditched an exceptional marathon because they CBA'd to see it through after one year and now this...

Inspire Races were the chip timing provider (as "ChipTimingUK") at all the Roadrunners, Coyote and National 50/100K. We still get on well with them, so have no beef with them using our images.
