hmm, never had time to nibble at work, didn't always get time for lunch - so retiring and time to bake etc put lots of weight on (Covid didn't help)

Was doing OK and Christmas bloat was going - then Daughter came home = Chinese takeaway and lunch out today...

This happens every year, January is as hard as December!

1 and 3/4lb loss this week, a total of 4lbs over 2 weeks. I’m more than happy with that.

great results Pix and now a baseline to start from and that's not much above your SPR low!! Lots to celebrate.

Working in the office def contributed to my weight gain and hence why I lost so much during covid, I am not a snacker could do with adding some healthy snacks in.

Excellent results Jaks :)

Weighed this morning and I often weigh heavy on a Monday after the weekend, but today I am comparable with Friday's WI - taking that as a win. My healthy habit of drinking lots of water went awry over the weekend so that is this weeks focus.

January is a bad month here too its Mr gg's birthday as well as a couple of friends so there is lots of socialising and eating out then its the running show in a couple of weeks.

Here's to a good and focused week guys

Thanks ☺️

It’s MrPix’s birthday Thursday so we are having takeaway curry
He’s going racing Saturday and will be out all day. For totally unknown reasons when I’m alone at home I eat more. I guess it’s from when he worked shifts and I hated being alone at night. I didn’t overeat at mum's despite the stress though 🤷‍♀️

You are conscious of it so maybe have healthier snacks to hand?
