I've just hit a pothole or a rock or something and my tyre has burst. Currently sitting in the lay by just after with hazards on. Anyone driving past give me a smile and wave, I need a pick me up 😭

I live in a low rise flat at the top, and every day I seem to get thousands of migets. Is there any way I can avoid this please.?? It's mainly in the evening.
