Well done Pix I used to find swimming helped a lot with weight management, GM but I needed a small snack and a good drink straight afterwards otherwise would get really hungry for the rest of the day. My weight graph is just a wavy line up and down around the same point - effectively stayed the same weight for about a year. Frustrating! |

Well done all. I’m now almost settled in - definitely had enough big burgers (with Mac n cheese on top)! Heading to the beach to read and enjoy the sun. No scales so I’m flying blind for a couple of weeks. |

STS this week, not surprising as I’ve had a few days where I’ve just eaten my body weight in sugar. This is where I usually give up on my weight loss but not this time. Fresh start this week. ION I’ve been trying to run to HR this week so a couple of slow run/ walks done. Also a hill session and the Lakeland trail 10k at Cartmel run/walked to feel. Hope everyone has a great week. |

Also STS which I’m pleased with as taper so running cut back …. Racing this weekend so need to be very careful to not eat everything in the pretence of carb loading I’m 0.4lb under my minimum weight for Chester so just did it! Now to hold until the weekend Real hard work starts after Chester as I won’t have any excuses then |

Good work Jaks and Pix. End of week 2 for me and it's been another good week, I met my calorie target every day and I'm down another 2lbs (6lb in total). I just seem to be 'in the zone' at the moment where it feels quite easy to stick to the calories - long may it continue! I've got a 1/2 marathon at the weekend and I'm looking forward to it as it is a repeat of one I did in March this year when I was 13lbs heavier, theoretically I should see a good improvement *crosses fingers* |

Well done Jakes, EP and Sweetie. I'm seeing progress with my strength - I can now do 12 of the evil Dead Bugs, up from a wobbly 8 five weeks ago, and press ups from the 3rd stair, although they do make me grunt and groan rather a lot I've got DOMS in my quads and glutes so the sets must be doing me some good, along with swimming. |
