Rosehip Jul 2021 12:18pm, 6 Jul 2021 21,669 posts	0 Rosehip I based the sizing on LLL shorts - which are a medium and are a bit tighter than I like. Sizing is a mare, I wear a 12 in normal shorts and trousers - but most running kit I need a large in.

geordiegirl Jul 2021 3:55pm, 6 Jul 2021 15,106 posts	0 geordiegirl Very similar to Flanci LG. I get a small in Flanci but medium in BYHP only as they said to go up if you were inbetween and the one I wanted was out of stock in small I’ve stick with them in medium. 2 thigh pockets too 😃

The shorts but doesn't ride up, the style of the Flanci ones suits me and I haven't yet found them too hot or heavy (mainly because we haven't had much in the way of hot weather!!) I have Kalenji skorts from Decathlon but I wasn't that smitten on them last year. I still hanker after my (long discontinued) Nike shorts I had when I started running nearly twenty years ago now. Plain black, but the perfect length (shorter than Flanci length) but not too short to ride up.
