Plus: my continuing shoulder injury means I cannot use the poles or stride out, so my HR isn't going up and I tend to get cold, not warm, when out, especially on the flat and downhill. Not helped by the fact that it tends to be quite a bit colder higher up! So if it is barely 13 here, it doesn't get into double digits higher up

As LG says, they are much heavier than other running skorts - I love my Montane and Decathlon ones. At some point when I get the enthusiasm, I shall put them on the selling page.
