It is the tartan ones, size small. I bought them for walking but we aren't exactly having a warm summer! Plus: my continuing shoulder injury means I cannot use the poles or stride out, so my HR isn't going up and I tend to get cold, not warm, when out, especially on the flat and downhill. Not helped by the fact that it tends to be quite a bit colder higher up! So if it is barely 13 here, it doesn't get into double digits higher up :(

I bought some shorts thinking I'd use them for running and some skorts for walking, but I've ended wearing skorts every day instead. I've been cycling, running and walking in them this week.

I reach for my skorts a lot now
my only pair of flanci shorts were bargain ones so don't have a pocket and I'm gutted about that but would probably still go for skorts over them anyway!

Rosehip
I'm going off mine, I never have and am unlikely ever to wear a short skirt for "real life", so a skort for day wear isn't going to happen.

As LG says, they are much heavier than other running skorts - I love my Montane and Decathlon ones.

At some point when I get the enthusiasm, I shall put them on the selling page.

What style and size have you got Rosehip?

I only wear my skorts for exercise and haven't had any problems when its warm.

I have "desert flowers" " "day of the dead" and "supernova" - which I think still has it's label on

They are medium and large - I can't remember which is which, but there's not that much difference between sizes and I'm also not sure which are long or shorter-legged

I thought I would wear them for walking in - but tend to still wear walking trousers, even when it's hot - to get more protection from the local (and not so local) flora.
