I am also 5’4” and live the length of the vest just right for me. Don’t suppose anyone ordered anything from Flanci last week? My order is still showing processing granted it’s only Tuesday and I only ordered Thursday morning but normally I have completion notice by now in fact last order it shipped so quick I was shocked. It has a green dot I’ve not noticed before too.
