Valley Spire Cheshire = 12 Besides sticking it on a cracker, which is a totally excellent thing to do, what else can you do with Cheshire? Does is cook ok? I just have a feeling it will go off quite quick as it's been hanging around (unopened) since before Christmas! Note to self - must eat cheese more quickly. |

I’d try adding it to a cheese sauce, putting it in a chicken fillet or melting on a burger and see what happens, cackleberry.
