Groundhog
Epoisses, stinky gooey French cheese dipped in brandy and left to get really ripe. Definitely a biohazard.

Valley Spire Cheshire

Besides sticking it on a cracker, which is a totally excellent thing to do, what else can you do with Cheshire? Does is cook ok? I just have a feeling it will go off quite quick as it's been hanging around (unopened) since before Christmas!

Note to self - must eat cheese more quickly.

I’d try adding it to a cheese sauce, putting it in a chicken fillet or melting on a burger and see what happens, cackleberry.

Back for 2023!! You know what to do :)

Inspired by the Christmas Cheese thread and the 50 Fruit and Veg in 2022 thread, how many different types of cheese can you eat in 2022?

I've had a rummage in the fridge and so far I have consumed -

(Valley Spire) Medium Cheddar
(Tesco) Red Leicester
(Tesco) Shropshire Blue
(Shepherds Purse) Harrogate Blue
(Tesco) Neufchatel
(Aldi) Spicy Cheddar
(Aldi) Wensleydale with cranberries
(Milbona) Cream cheese

I make that 8 varieties so far!

I have some more in the fridge to go...
