I'm trying to hit that pace with a friends so in theory, I should clock a sub 1:20 10 mile benchmark in it. I picked a flat route with barely any hills nor traffic lights so there is a good chance that I'll beat the 1:22 something. If you want to give this a go, you're welcome, but don't break the bank. The 1:52 benchmark for the half could also fall as I assume that we'll run about 9 m/m for the miles around the MP section. In theory, 1:45+3 extra minutes for the 3 slower miles should yield about 1:48 for the fastest half within that run.
