It has now synced - looks like I didn’t beat the benchmark - the gps signal was terrible so it wasn’t my legs honest!

I have Wokingham Half next Sunday. The plan is the try to better my 10K, 10M and HM times from Farnborough last week. I'm not as confident this time so no Gold, but if you like a gamble then why not have a flutter! I’m going to set out at 1:45 pace so I guess 10K is the best bet but if I blow up….!

Finally got enough 10 milers in the bag to be bettable, not yet though. I'd expect that benchmark to be beaten at Cambridge half on March 9th. I'll be cracking on with the speed work between now and then plus it's flat so fingers crossed.

I'll remind you all closer to the time 😊
