I thought the last few episodes were good, the first few were very slow. Now I want to visit Oxford again! I haven't been since I was a teenager and I think I would like to visit the Botanic Gardens.

It was well done; though in the end when I did read the book I was a little disappointed that "just love people" was the ultimate conclusion!

Perhaps it's all simpler than we know...?! But yes, it was a lovely ending in the TV adaptation. A bit less visceral than the book, but beautifully and reasonably subtly done. G
