I think he (Mr Rip-off Expensive Surgeon) did me a favour in a way because I got a new hip quite quickly after that because it was a lot worse!

Quick update. Feeling very frustrated with progress here. Just feel so unfit. We went for a holiday walk. Down to a harbour, up to a viewing point and then reversed. I was shattered on the hills. Hills but not big hills.
Reasonable range of movement, only discomfort rather than pain. But frustrated that I have no spring in my step.... Am delighted though that I can sleep through the night.

Getting good sleep is great. Hope you continue to see more progress in the months ahead.
