Meeps: it applies to people turning 50 in the next quarter as well, all the age bands do I think Wonder if under 50s will also be brought forward once the over 50s have been done? Should be different jabs to the current first jab people so you’d think might be likely.

Thanks Well rebooking sort of worked, I didn't bring the date forward but I did bring the location 40 miles nearer which I'm more happy about, they still might get in touch.

That's all that was offered at the time, OH still has his original booking so might still have to go back to Chatham!

Success. I bit the bullet and cancelled my appointment, and was offered appointments for the 8 week date, locally, rather than the 82 mile round trip I was going to have to make.

MisterTea - result 😊. 82 miles is quite a distance.

2nd jab fine today. That was 8 weeks (I bit the bullet and cancelled to rebook my appointment) all smooth and efficient.
No chance of a relaxing afternoon managed to fling myself in the bath before in-laws arrived for a family zoom with my nephew for his 18th. They live in France.

After my 2nd jab yesterday I have a slightly sore arm today but no other aftereffects at all. Was tired and headachey the day after first jab.
My Covid passport is now showing on NHS app too. Not that I'm going anywhere for quite a while.
