I have a sore arm now after the first that kicked in the next day. I felt a bit light headed after this one but I didn’t sleep well & hadn’t eaten so ‘breakfast’ was at 2pm which is possibly more the reason. I have a quiet day tomorrow I booked the day out so I could get some work done prior to re-booking my jab.

No side effects here other than a blooming sore arm. I am tried but that is more like the bonkers weekend I had rather than the jab.

(Wondering if I can tell my boss it’s from the jab??? 😂)

2nd AZ at 7:20pm yesterday. I woke in the night with a banging head - probably should have taken paracetamol then but didn’t. Woke up and head still pounding so I’ve had some paracetamol now. Feel a bit crappy / achy and tired.

2nd jab this afternoon after rebooking. It's a week earlier, so 10 weeks between them. I only had a mild reaction last time with a bad night's sleep from being achy. Looking forward to getting it done, partly as it's a trip out away from the home office.

Was able to discard my Garmin for my last couple of runs though, the accuracy of the chip is impressive. Not expecting it to work well on track but expect the second dose to sort that out.
