larkim Mar 2021 9:16am, 24 Mar 2021 13,857 posts	0 larkim I'm at 36 hours post AZ and no ill effects whatsoever, other than a dull ache from the arm occasionally - but then, someone had stuck a needle in there so that's no huge surprise!

I've got a slight dull ache in my arm still, that increases if I try and raise it, but that's subsiding. I did have a rubbish night's sleep on Monday night (felt like no sleep at all, but I doubt that really). I have no idea if that was causal or purely coincidental. But then I had all the symptoms that can usually be attributed to a lack of sleep the following day - headache, general rubbishness, fatigue and the arm still hurt. Tuesday morning run was seriously hard work. Slept really well last night; my arm feels better and my 5km this morning was much more pleasant.
