And just like last year, Frank Sidebottom's Army will be out to support us runners facebook.com There is actually a picture on page 26 of the race booklet of my next door neighbour singing next to the statue at last years race.

Whats that about a singing pace group Ploddy where do we sign up? This hails fromthe famous Chester maraton which goes into Wales so i started a little rrtual of siinging Mae Hen Flad fyn Nhgadau as we wnt into Wales and tried to even get a little bit of Swinging sweet charriots as we went back into England - helps the cameraderie -- or just disperses the pace group im not pacing at Manch - but looking to tag onto the first 4 hr group, but happy to help with some banter will need some late on
