SE - it was advertised as "The finish line will close 7 hours after the start of the race". There are three finishers within the official results with times outside this (the slowest being 7:17).

I think it was 6 hours this year. Not sure how strict they were with it.
They gave a cut off point at about 14 miles as well because that was when the roads went to country lanes so they couldn't have runners on there when it was reopened to traffic. I can't remember what it was though somewhere consistent with a 6 hour finish time
