The chap who went was deserving - he didn't even follow instructions on the show stopper The orange hair is annoying me - I may need to mute her! The "Prue" is really grating too! Vegan girl ... yes we get she is vegan you don't need to say every 2 seconds and 19? really you didn't say! Italian guy is very good as is the bouquet lady and vegan girl (trying to avoid names and spoilers as only week 1 did it work?!)

I can see how a vegan would not want to be tasting or testing bakes with dairy product, but equally it would be unusual for the whole series to have vegan-only technicals. I don't really know many vegans so not sure how much "moral" component there is always to handling / processing non-vegan stuff (though clearly if she's taking part in Bake-Off she is accepting that she'll be in a kitchen with lots of dairy products at the very least).
