I can't watch it totally live because running club is 7-8. So we watch it when we get in and we can fast forward the adverts until about the last 15 minutes when we usually catch up.

That's a brilliant resource (which I should have googled for - thanks Meglet!) and I can definitely see some weekend activities having a go at some of those. I'm quite glad the instructions are a little more comprehensive though!
