Remember a professional decades ago getting me to put an empty range basket between my thigs then 'bump, turn, drop the basket, turn'. I think his point was to do with engaging the left leg. Screwed me up for years.

I think the key is to be able to fairly quickly translate what the Pro is trying to get you to do into our own language, our own "feels". And create our own meaningful mantra as a result. Not necessarily the same as his/her words at all.

I now have utterly no idea what to do with my shoulders holding a golf club. Will report back in a few hours. Don't hold your breath for an inspiring video like Cooky's.
