Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

OH says Yard Act was one of the best gigs he's ever seen. He took Billy, not me. I'll go next time.

He’s not wrong, second time I’ve seen them and they are brilliant.

Bug Club worth seeing live - they’re playing here later in the year?

Won tickets yesterday to Brix Smith for tomorrow night at The Trades. Given how easy it was to ‘win’ I feel it might be a bit empty and they’re trying to get some bodies in!

I know this might sound a bit prudish, but I have a problem With a band called Fucked Up. You can’t put that on a poster or a record cover.

An acquaintance from 'down the pub' had a band which got played on the Peel show several times in the early 80s, they were called 'The Seize' by the time they got some airplay, originally they went under the name 'The Effin Seize'. Still have a couple of their singles in my loft.
