Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Tend to agree Dio. Makes me think they need a name to gain them some attention as their music won't cut it. Which means I probably wouldn't bother with them, so it sort of fails whether they are really good or really shit.

Earlier this month I saw The Bug Club supporting Bodega in Glasgow and they were good enough that I thought I'd go and see them again on their own headlining tour. Well, that was last night in Edinburgh and they were f*cking brilliant. Suffice to say I'll be going again when they play the Hug & Pint in Glasgow in June.

Saw them in Feb Jeff and they really are great, three very odd individuals who just don’t belong on a stage, but they do!

My son saw them support Pip Blom last year and got me into them, I liked them because they are very similar to Holiday Ghosts who I also love. Marc Riley is a big fan of both.

Looking like my April month of gigs will be curtailed though. I tested positive on Saturday after feeling ropey for a few days but was coming back negative. I’ve given up on Wet Leg in Sheffield on Wednesday but I’m still hopeful of a negative on Thursday for Jeff Rosenstock in Leeds.

Royal Blood last night. Anyone who can sound that good in a half-full AO Arena isn't half bad. I still don't understand how they make such an awesome soundscape from 4 bits of wire and a few bits of skin stretched over dustbins.

Amazons were support, but quality of their sound was lost in vast echo chamber that is the AO. Shame, as I'd been looking forwards to them.
