Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Go Collette!

Actually, at this late stage, put your feet up and have some more carbs :)

Off to a seminar on nutrition for runners this evening.

Hello everyone, long time no post! My apologies but with the move to Oz i haven't done much running this last few weeks. But took 23mins of my Mara PB in Manchester before i left... still along way to go... but all in the right direction :-)

My access is to Fetch is a bit limited at the mo as I'm waiting for T'internet to be installed! :-(

For those of you on injury bench I wish you a speedy recovery!

Nice to hear from you SB. Being in Oz is no excuse for not turning up on the start line in London in 2016, so get those running shoes on!

Nutrition seminar was a disappointing. Apparently we should all experiment to find out what works for us, water is good for hydration and pizza is bad.

Good luck, Colette!

RD, I'm entered for Challenge Vichy; it's supposed to be a quick course, but it's been really hot for the previous two years; this tear they've moved it back a fortnight, so fingers crossed for warmth rather than heat.

Good luck with tinternet, Bob.

Molers, I can categorically say I've never hydrated on pizza :)

You need to involve beer for that.
