Happy to say that the ANT stick has arrived but I can't access Garmin Express. Anybody know how to when the error msg is something about the garmin servers being down when they clearly aren't!

minardi - it might be worth trying Garmin Connect instead of Garmin Express if you are still having difficulties.

Can't do that with a 310xt, it's not Bluetooth and has to be put in Express first

Ah! I remembered that I had switched from Express to Connect at some point; it must have been after I lost my 310xt. Sorry!

Hello, Did you get this sorted in the end? Bit of a long shot this, but I'm still using the 310 and I have to sign back into Garmin Express quite regularly - but I get stuck on the signing in screen. So I type my username and password, press 'OK' and then it starts connecting, but then just goes back to the signing in screen. Through trial and error I've found that if I sign in once, and then press 'Cancel' when the screen comes back then I can get in ok and sync as normal. No idea why but that works for me. Might be worth a try. Good luck! |

I had to register another garmin express account using a different email address. I tried 3 different computers but kept getting a msg about the servers being down. Funny that they didn't seem down when I made a new account.

LS21 I get that on my laptop, apparently a complete reinstall is the only chance of a fix. It's fine on the desktop so it's something odd on the computer, not the account.

Ah ok thanks! My laptop is quite old (you can probably tell my love for new technology in that I'm still using a 310....!) I can get it to work (and it does install the newer versions of Garmin Express) so I'll leave it for now and just work round it. Thanks for the info though
