Decisions - do I go to the pub at lunch with colleagues so 1 hour lunch break and finish at 4:00, or stay in office - half hour lunch break and finish at 3:30... I started the day saying no pub and 3:30 finish, but as lunch approaches my Guinness is calling...

I had an hour at the gym at lunchtime, then read the paper at my desk whilst eating my lunch, which was good.
