Poor Gooner, always getting the blame for things he didn't do

That's quite bizarre really. I'm seeing markers attributed to Gooner too.
I definitely haven't hard-coded his user ID into my database - so my working theory is that he's either the first or most recent person to indicate an inaccessible marker, and the bit of code that grabs them is just attributing them all to that first/last person.
Time for a delve...

He's not. I inaccessibled a load of markers in the sea off Workington after we discovered the Gooner thing.

He's not the last for sure, but might still have been the first...
But anyway... I think I've got to the bottom of it, and it wasn't that
In amongst all the inaccessible spots, there was one with a lat/lon of (0,0), which was attributed to Gooner. It sounds likely that there's either a bug that led to that being created (missing value defaults to zero), or there's some sort of usability issue that allowed that to be created.
Anyhow... that was part of the problem.
The other part is that, because the inaccessible points aren't "markers" in the same sense as all the others, they don't have an ID. With other markers, when you click on one, it sends the ID to the database to find out what it is. With inaccessible points, I should have been sending the latitude & longitude to the database. That's what I do on the main Fetchpoint map; but because this is a secondary location, which I hadn't thought about - I'd forgotten to make that distinction. So the server was effectively going "well how about this one then?".
That should be fixed for training entries now. Ta.

Out of interest, I checked the Fetchpoint overlay on "Plot a Route" and I am pleased to report that Gooner doesn't make an appearance there

Given the hassles that (0,0) causes it might be easier to start lobbying for a global GPS reset to put (0,0) somewhere in the UK
