Pam, they're probably flowers that have naturally died!

Flowers always expire in 42 days no matter how good your gardening is.

Sorry - but - contrary to westmoors response - the flowers didn't just die (you'd have gained no points if they had). As V/Rap says, flowers have a maximum life of 42 days at which point the points associated with them are 'harvested'.
In this case, you've harvested yourself 40 points so I would consider that a positive result of good gardening

CumbriAndy, thanks I've gone from feeling like a gardening failure to a good gardener before dinner time. ππ

You should now be able to see some 'no entry' markers on the map. These represent points that have been marked as inaccessible. If you've done this by accident in the past, you should be able to click them and make them accessible again. Ta.

Very useful, thanks! Can you make that a layer that can be turned on and off like the others?

Thanks Fetch. I had marked a footpath as inaccessible because it is a quagmire in wet weather. Now it is dry I have run along it a couple of times recently but it has a "no entry" marker on it. Aren't inaccessible points supposed to be reactivated if someone passes through them? There was a discussion about this last year and I thought that was the outcome.

Ugh! it's made my eyes go funny - maybe it's a step too far.
