I didn’t run at all for 3 weeks, but then there was another 3 weeks where I only did one run, & decided that I needed to wait another week before trying it again! I am still a minute a mile slower than I was at the beginning of January, but my top heart rate on a run is about 20 beats faster - so just taking it steady and being happy to be out here.
